This four bedroom, three bathroom duplex loft apartment is unique, luxurious and comfortable, offering much more than you might expect from typical holiday accommodation.
 

The extremely spacious living and dining room boasts dual aspect windows, gas fireplace, flat screen tv, cd and dvd players, two large sofas, dining table seating six, beautiful rugs, lamps and original artwork.

The fully equipped kitchen is equipped with a large fridge freezer, gas hob, microwave, washer / dryer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and cafetieres.

The large master bedroom has a king-size bed, fireplace and fire-side chair, high quality, hand crafted furniture and an ensuite bathroom.

Three further bedrooms complete the sleeping accommodation, one of which also has an ensuite bathroom. One has a king-size bed; the second has twin beds; and the third has a top of the range sofa bed that can be either made up in advance of your arrival or left as a second sitting room. All rooms have been carefully appointed with lovely furniture, rugs, lamps and limited edition artwork. All bedrooms have mirrors and two hairdryers are also provided.

The bathrooms are the ultimate in luxury, designed by a top Spanish Bathroom specialist and more in keeping with what you would find in a 5-star hotel.

In keeping with true Scottish hospitality, we believe that it is the little touches that matter. Our welcome gift - see our information page - provides some basics as well as some luxuries. We provide a wide range of cds, dvds, books and board games. To allow you to enjoy the grounds to their best advantage, we even provide picnic equipment, including two rugs.
