Information
- The property is normally let on a weekly basis from Friday to Friday in low season and from Saturday to Saturday in high season. Friday to Monday three-night weekend and Monday to
Friday four-night midweek short breaks are available in low season. They may be offered in high season on a last minute basis. Arrival is from 4.00 pm and departure is by 10.00 am.
- A 30% deposit is required on booking with the balance paid six weeks before arrival. Full payment is required at the time of booking if made within this six week period.
- Payment can be made by selected credit / debit cards or UK cheques.
- In the event of a cancellation, we will not make a refund unless the apartment is re-let. Accordingly, we recommend that you arrange appropriate insurance cover.
- The apartment is extremely comfortable for up to eight adults, but is equally suitable for smaller parties. There are two king-size beds, twin beds, and one top of the range double sofa
bed. Please advise when booking if the fourth bedroom is to be used as a bedroom or left as a sitting room (a flat-screen television and DVD player are provided in this room.
- The rental price is fully inclusive of all services and utilities. There are no hidden extra costs for heating, linen or final cleaning.
- There's no need to hunt around for a convenience store on arrival, as we are delighted to provide you with a welcome gift containing fresh orange juice, tea, coffee, milk, Scottish
confectionary and many other items to make your settling in period relaxing and enjoyable.
- Quality Egyptian cotton bedding is provided in all rooms together with an abundance of bath towels, hand towels and face cloths.
- The apartment has designated car parking for two cars plus additional visitors' parking.
- Broadband Internet access is installed, enabling you to connect your own laptop computer.
- The property has a monitored alarm and smoke and fire detection systems.
- Instructions are provided detailing the operation of the appliances and services. A local telephone number is provided in case you need any assistance.
- The apartment is not suitable for animals, but registered assistance dogs are, of course, welcome.
- There is a secure storage unit near the carpark for golf clubs and bikes.
- Our full rental conditions will be given to you before your booking is concluded.
